Before you pay
Building and previewing a gift is free. You can stop at any point before paying and nothing is charged. A page name you picked is released after 30 minutes if you don't pay.
After your page is published
Because you see the full preview before paying and the page goes live straight away, we don't refund published pages. You can still edit the page as often as you like, lock it, or take it offline and bring it back, at no extra cost.
When we refund in full
- Your payment went through but your page didn't publish (for example, the page name was lost at the last moment).
- You were charged more than once for the same page.
- You were charged but the payment wasn't linked to a page because of an error on our side.
We start these refunds ourselves as soon as we spot the problem; you can also ask us. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
Failed payments
If money left your account but the payment failed, your bank or Razorpay reverses it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If it hasn't arrived after that, write to us with your order details and we'll help.
Pages removed for breaking our rules
Pages taken down under our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms are not refunded.
How to ask
Email support@dearyou.page within 30 days of payment with your page link and, if you have it, the order or payment reference from your receipt. We'll reply within 2 working days. This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
