You must not upload or share
- Any sexual content involving a minor, of any kind. We remove it immediately and report it to the authorities.
- Intimate or sexual images of anyone who hasn't agreed to them being shared, including morphed or fake images.
- Obscene or pornographic material.
- Photos of people without their consent, where they'd reasonably expect privacy.
- Content that harasses, threatens, bullies, defames or shames someone, or that promotes hatred or violence.
- Anything that copies someone else's work, photos, music or trademarks without permission.
- Pages that pretend to be a person, bank, brand or government body, or that try to collect passwords, OTPs or payments.
- Content that is illegal in India, or that encourages anyone to break the law.
- Personal information about other people, like phone numbers, addresses or ID numbers, shared without their consent.
You must not misuse dearyou
- Try to get around a password lock, access someone else's account or gifts, or test our security without permission.
- Upload malware, or files disguised as something else.
- Scrape, overload or automate the service, or get around limits such as upload or password-attempt limits.
- Grab page names to resell them or to stop others using them.
What happens if these rules are broken
We may take the page down straight away, suspend or close the account, and keep records as the law requires. Accounts that break these rules repeatedly are banned. Pages taken down for breaking these rules are not refunded. Where required, we report content to law enforcement.
